These terms govern access to and use of the SignCloud electronic signature service, as well as subscription to paid plans.
SignCloud lets you have documents signed electronically, records consent and mandatory SMS code verification, and produces an event log and a SHA-256 fingerprint. The evidence and legal classification depend on the controls actually applied and the relevant context.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the confidentiality of their credentials, and the lawfulness of documents sent for signature. SignCloud is not a party to the contracts signed through the service.
Plans, their limits and prices are shown on the home page. Paid plans are billed monthly, with no commitment, cancellable at any time (access remains open until the end of the current period). Payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe; SignCloud never stores card details.
SignCloud uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guarantee of uninterrupted access. Maintenance may be scheduled.
The customer may cancel their subscription from their workspace. In case of serious breach (unlawful use), SignCloud may suspend access.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office.
Any complaint should first be sent to contact@signcloud.fr; we aim to respond quickly and settle any dispute amicably. Under French consumer law, a consumer client has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge; where applicable, the mediator's details will be provided on request.
The processing of personal data and the safeguards currently documented are described in our privacy policy. Production compliance must be reviewed against the actual configuration and contracts.
